General hygiene measures: 

• Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth after sneezing or coughing 

• cover your mouth and nose when sneezing and coughing 

• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or using hand sanitizer 

• see a doctor if fever or unusual symptoms. 

• Avoid swimming in stagnant water (there is a risk of parasitic infection). 

• Avoid walking barefoot on the sand and moist soils. 

• Do not stroke the animals you encounter. 

• Make sure your road safety with the wearing of seatbelts.

 

Food Safety Measures 

• Wash hands frequently, at least before each meal. When you go on trips, buy pharmacy antimicrobial solutions for use without rinsing. · 

• Tap water is not potable, you should never consume. This is why you should drink water in sealed bottles. In case of impossibility, boiled water 30 minutes and then filtered 

• Avoid the use of natural fruit juice type drinks hurry. 

• Do not eat food purchased from street. · 

• Meat, fish and shellfish should be thoroughly cooked before being consumed. 

• Between late March and early October high temperatures may break the cold chain. Therefore, we strongly advise you not to consume these foods in Delhi during this period.

Behavioral advice: 

• We advise women to wear loose clothing covering their shoulders and legs: respect the culture of the country you visit. 

• Do not distribute sweets to children because you give them cavities at the same time. 

• You can always negotiate the price: it is the culture of the country.

VACCINES 

 

We recommend that you consult your doctor before your departure to ensure that you update your vaccines. Make an appointment well in advance to allow recalls vaccines that may be needed. 

In addition, it is preferable to contract in France insurance that covers medical expenses and repatriation. 

 

• According to the French legislation, no vaccinations are required. 

• However, we advise you to be updated for the following vaccines: Diphtheria-Tetanus-Polio, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A and B. 

• For longer stays, you can vaccinate you against rabies · 

• Finally, if you are staying in rural areas, we advise you vaccinate against Japanese encephalitis, which is transmitted by mosquito bites.
