The type 2 diabetes is non-insulin dependent and is the most common form of diabète.Ce type of diabetes can be developed by everyone, the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, and fat, muscle, or liver cells do not use it correctly.

Insulin is the hormone that regulates it prevents blood sugar levels rise more that "it should. It lowers when it tends to rise.

Diabetes can be caused by genetic factors.
But the lack of exercise, obesity and stress can also cause this disease.

Yoga lowers your blood pressure

Blood pressure refers to the blood pressure in the arteries.
Hypertension occurs when your blood pressure is high.
If the blood pressure levels reached more than 140/90 mmHg, this is known as hypertension.
Hypertension is also associated with other illnesses such as heart disease, coronary heart disease.

There are two types of hypertension:
- Primary hypertension: also known as hypertension essentielle.L primary hypertension has no specific symptoms. Some suggest that the cause of this hypertension are related to stress, emotional disorders, heredity, climate conditions, obesity, smoking and alcohol consumption.
- Secondary hypertension: may be due to an infection in the kidneys to malfunction of the endocrine gland to arterial problems like arteriosclerosis or even pregnancy.

The danger is that'' the hypertension has no specific symptoms, that is why it is known as the silent killer. Indeed, the consequences are serious splus: heart failure, heart attack, stroke, or paralysis.

- The mild headaches,
-dizziness,
-blurred vision,
-ringing in the ears,
-kidney dysfunction and
These are signs that the person is suffering from hypertension.

In the practice of yoga, breathing enough to take the air for posture. There is no shortness of breath.

The practice of Hatha yoga involves:
-a significant decrease in respiratory rate
with-an increase in the amplitude repiratoire
and a decrease in heart rate which stabilizes.

-The secretion of adrenaline (control the amount of stress) is significantly reduced already after three weeks of Hatha yoga.
In addition, you should know that the adrenal glands can cope with stressful situations. They increase the production of energy that the body can suddenly increase metabolism and respond to attacks on its environment.
So if these glands are weakened, their secretions slow, then the body becomes weaker and less responsive to various stresses that suffer fear.

In the case of hypertension, it is the opposite. Cortisol production is excessive due to permanent stress (or specific disease). The excess cortisol decreases calcium absorption, immune function, increases weight gain, general fatigue, falling asleep at night also becomes more difficult because cortisol production does not decrease.

-The practice of yoga can change the adrenal secretions to regain balance.
