REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration for our trips is done with our advisors (by email or phone) or via our websites. Your registration is final only after receipt of the deposit and participant information sheet completed. Registration for one of our trips implies unconditional acceptance to our terms of sale.
1 / All entry form must be completed by the participant before being returned to Anurag Evasion (Anurag Evasion) by email.
2 / If you wish to pay by bank transfer, a confirmation of registration (including the invoice for the total amount of the trip), our bank details and the amount of down payment you are sent by Anurag Evasion.
If you wish to pay by paypal, you will immediately receive your invoice in the mail you send Paypal. You click directly on the mail sent by PayPal to access the secure payment platform Paypal.
3/50% deposit of the total amount of the trip must be sent by bank transfer or online payment to our bank within 8 days after receipt of confirmation of registration, otherwise the registration is canceled.
Warning: India, hotel booking is only real when the hotel received the check for the total amount, or we can not afford to send these checks when we received your payment on our bank account . We pre reserve your hotels (1st choice), these pre bookings are valid generally eight days. That's why we ask you to kindly send us the deposit without delay, so as to pay the hotels in the shortest possible time, and thus have the best chance to get your hotels'' '' 1st choice, subject to availability.
4 / A new invoice with the amount of the balance outstanding is sent to you after receipt of deposit amount (the transaction takes at least 6 days - up to 8 days).
5 / The balance must be paid upon arrival in India.
Any delay in the payment of a deposit or balance will be considered a cancellation.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: The repatriation assistance. Very important: make sure your insurance covers, in the event of an accident, all medical expenses, cost of evacuation by helicopter and repatriation by the international flight back home.
Attention Gold card does not cover helicopter evacuation.
Personal pharmacy (to go with: http://www.myfirstaidkit.eu/) Drinks and personal expenses, gratuities.
The exchange rate varies with fluctuations in the foreign exchange market.
Anurag Evasion defines these terms and conditions depending on the specifics of his travels. Any purchase of a trip implies acceptance.
